Lead Process Technician

HiFyve is hiring an Overnight Lead Process Technician in the manufacturing industry in Grandview, MO!Salary: $30-$34/hrShift: 3rd ShiftLocation: Grandview, MOJob Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise all assigned production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.Complete and maintain production-related documentation to track efficiency and identify potential issues.Monitor machine performance using production cards and inspection sheets, addressing issues as needed.Ensure machinery and tooling receive routine maintenance to minimize downtime.Assist setup personnel in meeting quality standards and production schedules.Direct and support machine operators to ensure production goals are met.Assign and evaluate tasks for team members based on their strengths and skills.Enforce all safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Recommend equipment modifications to improve efficiency and control costs.Education Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with plastics injection molding experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Previous experience in injection moldingAbility to read and interpret blueprints.Proficiency in operating and maintaining assembly equipment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide hourly workers effectively.Troubleshooting skills for injection molding processes and tooling issues.Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment used in plastics production.If you are interested, please apply!
