In this role you will:Implement and maintain the company quality system, documenting processes and procedures accordinglyCreate and revise SOPs, work instructions, and formsConduct receiving, in-process, and final product inspections, documenting results; determine and update inspection and test proceduresConduct Quality auditsAssist with preparation for management reviewsCalibrate shop floor measurement equipment and manage calibration for new toolsEstablish and capture quality-related metricsConsult to manufacturing to ensure quality product is being producedPerform root cause analysis; communicate and document findings of any non-conforming productInterface with customers, suppliers and/or regulatory agencies as appropriateOversee source inspections and complete all associated documentationAssist in the identification and selection of new vendorsReview and analyze quality records, methods and plans to improve performance and reduce wasteAbout You:AS in Engineering or related or 5 years of experienceExperience with quality inspection techniques and measuring equipmentFamiliarity with ISO9001/AS9100DInterpersonal communications skillsDetail orientedResponsible; follows-through on tasksAbility to quickly analyze a situation and follow a systematic approach to problem resolutionIf you are interested in joining a stable, growth-oriented, and reputable organization where you are valued and can make a difference, we want to hear from you!
