Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for heavy civil projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered for pricing and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and a strong understanding of grading, earthwork, and utilities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projectsAnalyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirementsCollaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary data for estimatesUtilize B2W and Trimble Business Center software for cost estimation and project analysisConduct site visits and assessments to understand project conditions and requirementsReview and interpret contracts and agreementsMonitor and adjust estimates based on project changes or new informationAssist in the development of bid proposals and presentations to clientsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProven experience as an Estimator in the heavy civil construction industryProficiency in B2W and Trimble Business Center softwareStrong understanding of grading, earthwork, and utilitiesExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsBenefitsMedical VisionDental 401(K)BonusAnd More!
