Electro-Mechanical Technician

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician Location: Reading, PA Salary: $30-35/hr- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical equipment and systems- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure proper functioning of equipment- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)```Experience```- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment- Proficient in HVAC/R systems, low voltage, and industrial mechanics- Experience with technical sales is a plus- Familiarity with industrial electrician work is preferredSkills:- Excellent mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve mechanical issues- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear instructions- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to maintenance schedulesNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
