If you are an individual who values a rewarding career and would like your customers to be genuinely satisfied, you may be a match for our team.  JOB SUMMARY The Installation Tech performs tasks related to the Installation of water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, sewer and water service lines and gas lines for residential and or light commercial customers and is responsible for maintaining customer heath, safety and satisfaction. JOB DUTIES Installs water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, sewer and water service lines and gas lines. Is responsible for compliance with all local plumbing codes. Maintains accurate documentation of installations including all required forms and photos of work Submits all completed paper work in an accurate and timely manner Maintain a clean and properly stocked service vehicle Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable plumbingexperience in residential plumbing installations Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Valid Texas Tradesman or Journeyman's Plumbing License  Must be able to work extended hours, and occasional weekends Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs Must possess all necessary tolls to perform installations including but not limited to basic hand tolls, drills, saws and torches   Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
