Works with warehouse manager to receive incoming service shipments.2. Sorts service products into repairable and non-repairable parts.3. Test incoming failed parts to determine what needs to be repaired.4. Repairs faulty electronic parts.5. Packages repaired parts and works with warehouse manager to ship product back to customers.6. Provide support and assistance to warehouse manager.7. Keep accurate inventory of service parts through Salesforce Service.8. Coordinate shipments of repair parts to and from the factory.9. Provide technical feedback and knowledge for faulty parts.10. Track and log failure issues to determine root cause analysis of failures.Skills1. Must be proficient in troubleshooting electronics.2. High school graduation, or its equivalent.2.
