These roles offer an hourly rate of $42.82 - $53.00,together with a competitive benefits package, with additional details below based on specialized roles:Dayshift Maintenance Electricians (Plant Journeyman or Journeyman preferred)Base hourly rate ranging from $46.55 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Additional earning potential includes profit share/gain share opportunities. The dayshift schedule offers excellent work-life balance, with 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday.Shift Maintenance Electricians (Plant Journeyman or Journeyman preferred)Base hourly rate ranging from $46.55 to $50.00 per hour, with an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential when assigned to the rotating shift schedule, along with profit share/gain share opportunities. The rotating shift follows a 12-hour schedule, alternating between days and nights every two weeks (7:00-7:00) on a 2-2-3 rotation.LME Shift Maintenance Electricians Base hourly rate of $42.82 per hour, with an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential ($45.82) when assigned to the rotating shift schedule, along with profit share and gain share opportunities.
