Position: Shuttle Driver- Part TimeReports to: Guest Services Manager & Rooms Division ManagerJob Purpose: Create a professional and guest service orientated environment for all guests at the Resort, both during their arrival and throughout the duration of their stay.Job Summary: Assist with the check-in/check-out processes and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. This will be accomplished through helping guests in every aspect possible.Salary: $13 an hour About the Role: We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and safety-focused Shuttle Driver to help transport our guests to and from local (Sheboygan County) destinations, airports, and attractions. As a key part of our guest experience, you'll be the first (and last) face many guests see-so a warm attitude and great customer service are a must!DutiesDrive guests safely to/from airports, attractions, restaurants, or other nearby locations.Greet guests with a smile and assist with luggage as neededKeep the shuttle clean, fueled, and in good working orderMaintain a safe driving record and follow all road and safety regulationsCommunicate clearly with the front desk and other departments regarding shuttle schedules or guest needsOffer helpful local tips or recommendations to guestsQualificationsFriendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skillsMust have a valid driver's license, and meet all requirements set in the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center Vehicle Safety Policy. Must be 21 years old to drive the shuttle.Able to work flexible and long hours, weekends and evenings. Comfortable driving vans or small buses.Dependable and punctual-our guests count on us!Able to stand during entire shift.Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
