Las Vegas | In studio and on location shoots with travel as neededReports to Creative Director, Marketing TeamPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Videographer / Editor who can execute established creative direction while also contributing original concepts on smaller productions. This role supports a premium, aspirational brand and requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, lighting, and post-production craft.You will work closely with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to produce content ranging from studio campaigns and paid advertisements to YouTube videos and social media content. On larger productions, you will assist in executing approved creative direction. On smaller shoots, you may be responsible for developing a loose concept, sourcing locations, outlining a script, capturing footage, and delivering the final edit.This is a hands-on production role. You must be comfortable lighting talent in studio and on location, setting up and managing sound, and producing polished edits with efficient turnaround times.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute creative direction for campaign, brand, and social video contentIndependently conceptualize and produce smaller-scale shoots from idea through final deliveryDevelop loose scripts, shot lists, and storyboards to align stakeholders before productionFilm and edit video content for social media, YouTube, paid advertising, and internal needsApply strong pacing, caption timing, and visual rhythm that aligns with platform expectationsCreate clean 2D informational graphics and motion elements to support marketing messagingAssist on high-production campaign shoots in the studio and on locationLight talent effectively in controlled studio settings and variable field environmentsSet up and manage audio, including wired and wireless systemsManage post-production workflow, including color correction, sound mixing, formatting, media organization, and archive maintenanceImprove production efficiency and editing workflow over timeWhat Success Looks Like in 6 MonthsIndependently producing small-scale shoots with minimal oversightSupporting larger campaign productions confidently and professionallyDelivering social edits with strong pacing and reduced revision roundsContributing creative storytelling ideas that enhance brand voiceImproving turnaround speed without sacrificing production qualityQualifications3 plus years of professional videography and editing experienceExperience producing content for premium or aspirational brands preferredStrong visual aesthetic and advanced proficiency in Premiere and After EffectsUnderstanding of lighting for studio and on-location productionWorking knowledge of audio capture, including wired and wireless systemsAbility to integrate feedback quicklyStrong organization skills and attention to scope, timelines, and deliverablesExperience creating simple motion graphics and 2D informational overlays3D modeling experience is a plusProfessional photography experience is a plus, but not requiredLoose knowledge of Photoshop and IllustratorTo ApplySubmit your resume and a portfolio showcasing campaign work, social content, and narrative storytelling projects.
