Mechanical EngineerFull-Time | On-SitePosition OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support the design, analysis, and development of industrial mechanical products. This role plays a key part in bringing engineered solutions from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sales, applications engineering, and procurement.The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in both analytical and practical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Design & DevelopmentDevelop and maintain detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawingsDesign components and assemblies for performance under internal and external loading conditionsApply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principlesPerform engineering calculations to validate structural integrity and product performanceSupport design reviews and continuous improvement initiativesEngineering AnalysisConduct structural and stress analysis using hand calculations and finite element modeling (FEA)Perform flow and performance evaluations using fluid dynamics principles and simulation tools (CFD preferred)Evaluate metallic and non-metallic materials for compatibility with chemicals, temperature, pressure, and environmental conditionsDocumentation & Change ManagementCreate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)Manage engineering changes and maintain accurate technical documentationGenerate and maintain part numbers and engineering records within company systemsCross-Functional CollaborationProvide technical support to manufacturing to ensure efficient production and assemblyPartner with purchasing on technical specifications and sourcing requirementsSupport applications and sales teams with technical documentation and product informationAssist in product testing and research & development initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplineExperience with 3D CAD software and engineering drawing standardsWorking knowledge of GD&T principlesExperience with structural analysis and finite element modelingUnderstanding of fluid mechanics and performance analysis (CFD experience preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departmentsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
