The Developer Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic about building B2B digital marketing and go-to-market initiatives that inspire new developers to discover and adopt Company Technologies.The Client Developer Marketing's goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the world by providing innovative technical education, tools, resources and inspiration to enable developer success and innovation.As we expand our reach, the right candidate will be responsible for designing and executing effective marketing strategies and digital marketing initiatives targeting Compute, AI, and IoT developer personas You will join a fast-paced team responsible for the product marketing and go-to-market of hardware and software systems including leading on-device AI technology and connectivity chips from the company and Snapdragon that power leading applications at the edge.You will work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure the cohesive, user-centric approach to promoting company technologies and developer tools.You are a highly organized, data-driven strategist, who can operate at a tactical level while maintaining the ability to think big in building marketing initiatives that will delight developers Does this sound like you? If so, the Developer Marketing team is hiring!Key Responsibilities:• Drive digital marketing and GTM strategy and execution that results in actionable insights and meets business objectives.• Grow the Company developer audience, working cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives grounded in the developer journey framework, user insights, business goals, and market dynamics.• Plan and support launch of new Company and Snapdragon products and solutions including developer audience messaging, content marketing, and digital tactics to scale adoption.• Collaborate with cross-functional and broader marketing teams to develop effective messaging and GTM strategies.• Balance creative and analytic thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework.• Develop, track, and report on KPI performance to stakeholders and Company leadership team to drive data-informed decisions.• Continuously optimize digital campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.• Team leadership and people management skills.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:• Leverages knowledge of Marketing principles, best practices, and applicable market research to manage projects and programs that deliver a return-on-investment.• Collaborates with senior management to resolve administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of project and program objectives.• Delegates tasks to team members by meeting regularly with each team member to discuss business dynamic, develops plans to accelerate performance, and predicts future outlooks.• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerned with designated projects.• Acquires knowledge on marketing strategy, marketing program guidance, and sales by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks within and outside the organization.• Writes, rewrites and/or edits marketing/sales campaigns and programs, business results, and trends with some supervision.Level of Responsibility:• Working under supervision.• Providing supervision/guidance to other team members.• Making decisions that may affect work beyond immediate work group.• Using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.• Working within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.• Exercising a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).• Completing tasks that require multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order directions or manuals can document the steps necessary to perform the task.Requirement:1. 5+ years of digital marketing, product marketing, or developer marketing experience with content/software, edge or cloud technologies and a demonstrated interest in fast changing, leading technologies2. 3+ years of end-to-end B2B campaign ownership targeting the developer audience or technical decision maker audiences3 2+ years of people-management experience4. Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment across functions (e.g., creative teams, legal, marketing, partnerships, BU).5. Familiarity with Adobe AEM, Workfront, Figma, Marketo, Salesforce/CRM platforms6. Strong written and communication skillsMinimum qualifications:• 5+ years of digital marketing, product marketing, or strategy experience with content/software, edge or cloud technologies and a demonstrated interest in fast changing, leading technologies.• 3+ years of end-to-end B2B campaign ownership.• 2+ years people management experience• Experience using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.• Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment across functions (e.g., creative teams, legal, marketing, partnerships, BU).• Initiative-taker who can identify gaps and balance multiple priorities.• Strong written and communication skills.• Experience creating go-to-market assets and campaign collateral including customer success stories, solution briefs, web pages, blogs, etc and are comfortable defining success metrics.• Location: San Diego, CAPreferred qualifications:• Interest and understanding of on-device AI, embedded systems, and edge computing.• Familiarity with Adobe AEM, Workfront, Figma, Marketo, Salesforce/CRM platforms.• Experience with Martech tools: Qualtrics, Adobe analytics, SEO (e.g., BrightEdge), Search content marketing (SCM), webinar tools (e.g., ON24).Top 5 Required Skills 1. 5+ years of digital marketing, product marketing, or developer marketing experience with content/software, edge or cloud technologies and a demonstrated interest in fast changing, leading technologies2. 3+ years of end-to-end B2B campaign ownership targeting the developer audience or technical decision maker audiences3 2+ years of people-management experience 4.
