SNI Companies is currently hiring Maintenance Assistants in Clearwater, Florida!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• The primary responsibility is to keep the facility's interior common areas clean and in orderly condition daily by sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and polish furniture, cleaning glass windows, and emptying trash containers.• Moving dumpsters for trash removal and cleaning trash rooms.• Overall cleaning of vacant apartments.• Setting up tables and chairs in community room for activities.• Other duties may include assisting Maintenance Worker II in performing maintenanceactivities on an as needed basis especially during apartment turnovers.Other Responsibilities:• Complies with all applicable training requirements.• Complies with all company safety, personnel and operational policies and procedures.• Complies with work schedule to ensure effective operations of Agency programs.• Contributes positively as a member of a productive and cooperative team.• Participates in Agency Performance Quality Improvement (/PQI) program and Accreditation/Reaccreditation process.100 percent onsite8am-5pm$14.00 per hour then $17.50 after 4 months
