Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Job Title: Foreman Company: 1-Tom Plumber Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: On-call rotation (24/7/365 emergency service) Position Summary 1-Tom Plumber is seeking an experienced and dependable Foreman to lead field operations in the Houston area. This role oversees technicians, ensures high-quality plumbing services, and maintains company standards for safety, professionalism, and customer service. This is a leadership position requiring strong technical skills and accountability. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and support plumbing technicians and apprentices Lead daily job site operations and assign work as needed Ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to company quality standards Act as a point of contact between technicians, management, and customers when necessary Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services (24/7/365) Enforce safety policies, OSHA compliance, and proper use of tools and equipment Review job documentation, photos, and reports for accuracy and completeness Assist with diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively at all times Qualifications Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (leadership experience preferred) Valid plumbing license (as required by Texas or local regulations) Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems Proven leadership, reliability, and decision-making skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to respond during on-call rotations Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions common to Houston What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth and advancement opportunities Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment Equal Opportunity Employer 1-Tom Plumber is an equal opportunity employer.
