Job Description

Assist the digital marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing web, email, and social campaigns related to Keeneland's business lines - Sales, Racing, Keeneland Shop, Keeneland Hospitality, Keeneland Select, and the Keeneland Library.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Regularly create and update content on and other website properties as directed by Keeneland's digital team.• Assist in creating and implementing campaigns across web, email, and social media.• Assist in project management and trafficking of creative assets for use in digital tactics. • Assist in generating content in support of business objectives across web and social media.• Assist in coordinating and deploying email marketing campaigns.• Attend meetings with Marketing team and the agency to observe how campaigns are developed from strategy to execution. QUALIFICATIONS• Currently enrolled in a college with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Integrated Strategic Communications, or a related field.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse clients.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.• Experience & familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).• Interest in the equine industry preferred.• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite a plus.• Experience with content management systems, specifically Drupal, a plus.• Organized with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.• Ability to simultaneously manage projects and meet deadlines; creative and flexible.• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs.• Willingness to follow Keeneland's policies and procedures.PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the intern to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
