Field Support Technician * Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of windows desktop platform overall * Strong experience in building , maintaining and administering windows desktop. * Proficient in optimizing performance of desktops and user experience * Strong in Group policies and configuring and simplifying them * Experienced in Microsoft Modern workspace management capabilities - levering Intune, Auto Pilot, desktop anlaytics etc. * Strong skillset in scripting, powershell etc. * Experienced in Break fix laptop/Desktop issues remotely. * Provide Remote support coverage for in-scope locations for EUC issues * Proficient in automation through PowerShell/Azure CLI/VBScritp/Batch etc * Relevant Microsoft Certifications * Work on incidents, tasks and requests for the issues related to EUC * Develop & document procedures for assisting End Users in restoring lost or damaged data and files from file backups for data and files on shared drives. * Provide Remote support coverage for in-scope locations for EUC issues. * Provide remote assistance with conferencing equipment's and related issues which can be remotely troubleshooted. * Track, maintain and report the equipment spares inventory levels and replenishment requirements for spares, replenishment, and servicing. * Coordinate with the other teams to manage in-scope on-site technical support requests to resolution and closure. * Provide instructions and usage assistance to End Users with supported devices and software. * Document solutions and associated procedures to the Break/Fix incidents in knowledgebase. * On-call support for high priority incidents. Salary Range- $60,000-$70,000 a year #LI-SP3 #LI-VX1
