And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the Gospel.About the JobWe are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join the LifeWise Academy team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting LifeWise leaders from around the country by providing excellent conference and training events. The Event Coordinator works closely with the team to implement plans, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall success of LifeWise Academy's events. This position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio (just outside of Columbus).ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal training events and the annual team conference (the LifeWise Summit) from concept through post-event evaluationDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts to ensure excellence in deliveryPartner with internal leaders to align event goals, learning objectives, and team experience with organizational prioritiesManage event registration platforms and attendee dataCoordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, A/V, staging, materials, travel, lodging, registration, and on-site supportNegotiate contracts and maintain relationships with venues and vendorsOversee and manage event-day operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all team membersIdentify and implement process improvements to elevate event quality, efficiency, and participant experienceEnsure compliance with insurance, legal, and health and safety requirementsRecruit, train, and coordinate staff and volunteers supporting internal eventsCollaborate with internal communications and marketing teams to develop clear and timely event communications and materialsConduct pre- and post-event evaluations, analyze feedback and outcomes, and provide recommendations for future improvementsQualificationsA mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithActive membership in a church in which teaching aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithProven success as an event coordinatorProficient in the use of Google Suite Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management and meticulous attention to detailStrong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks to meet expectationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesSalary and BenefitsFrom $55,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employeesRetirement plan, including employer matchUnlimited PTO for qualified employeesLifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
