As an Industrial Engineering / Technology Engineering Co-Op, you will fully support the continuous improvement team in creating, improving, and refining processes and product flow through the manufacturing floor. This position is for a Summer/Fall 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of May 2026 and running through the fall semester. What Youll Do: * Perform job observations to identify wastes and recommend solutions for improvement. * Perform line flow observations to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for improvement. * Participate in Continuous Improvement event. * Assist Materials management in Kanban system improvements. * All additional duties assigned by supervisor. What Youll Bring: * Major study in: * Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology Engineering. * Positive attitude with a desire to be hands-on. * Willingness to participate in team project events. * Ability to be self-directed at times. * Eagerness to learn.
