Job DescriptionLong-term Temp Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Remote After Training)Location: Roseville, CA (2 weeks onsite, then fully remote)Length: 7-8 month Temporary AssignmentOur client is seeking an experienced Trusts, Estates, and Estate Planning Paralegal with at least 4 years of experience in trust administration, probate, and estate planning. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced practice.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport trust administration and probate, including client communication and document preparation.Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related materials.Prepare deeds, asset spreadsheets, tax forms, and correspondence.Organize and maintain client documents and case files.Handle calendaring for meetings, deadlines, and hearings.Maintain confidentiality and assist with additional tasks as needed.Qualifications4+ years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.Strong writing, communication, and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with matter/document management software is a plus.ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred but not required.Must pass a background check.7-8 month temporary assignment with possibility of extensionAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
