Bonus: there's an opportunity to split your time between teaching and coordinating EL services for the school.If you believe every child regardless of language background deserves a seat at the table and the tools to thrive, we want to meet you.What You'll DoWork with small groups of students through pull-out services and push-in classroom support, focusing on language development during literacy blocks.Screen students for EL services, monitor progress, and keep families informed along the way.Use high-impact strategies to teach English Learners at all levels, helping them grow in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.Collaborate with classroom teachers and intervention staff to support student success across all subjects.Create lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and culturally responsive.Use student data to guide instruction and track growth.Pitch in where needed including subbing in classrooms or supporting school-wide events.Build relationships that matter with students, families, and your colleagues.Who You AreYou're not just checking boxes you're here for the mission.
