Advance your career to become a Pariveda Vice President through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from executives, and regular opportunities for advancementLead Enterprise Solution Design and Implementation - intersection of business and technology, with focus in: Cloud across platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), Mobility, Data Analytics & Insights (Machine Learning), and User-Centered DesignAs a leader in our Technology group, you will support clients and projects across the firm, leaning heavily into work centered on modern data platforms and AIUtilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions, incorporating AI tools to streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery while upholding and articulating responsible, ethical AI practices in collaboration with clients and stakeholderManage project teams and oversee all aspects of the SDLC including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and deliveryDiagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda's capabilities to meet our clients' needsActively manage project profitability for both our firm and our clients by taking a leadership role in executing the sales process while understanding client and/or partner legal agreements affecting their teams' workSupport company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employeesMentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancementWork within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the officeActively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering eventsWork with smart, humble, and supportive peopleWe Look For:The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications: 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutionsWorking knowledge of Agile practicesExtensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of custom development projects and complex client engagementsCurrent or recent leadership of multiple internal and external teamsStrong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and business functionsRecognized as a valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionalsAbility to build consensus and achieve goals through influencePassionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careersLegally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorshipBachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experiencePariveda BenefitsTransparent and Equitable Salary. The base salary range for this position is $P1P2SALARY, annually. This range reflects base salary only. Pariveda also offers quarterly profit sharing based on company performance.
