We're located at 200 Colomet Drive, Delaware, OH and are excited to meet you!A Production Associate's typical day may include...Construction of wood-framed wall panels.Assembly of RedBuilt Open-Web Trusses.Setup and operation of machinery, such as a punch press, pinner, gluer, and/or drill.Setup and use of various tools such as circular saws, nail guns, and staple guns.Assembly of various construction accessories for comprehensive framing packages.Reading product design paperwork and plans.Inputting information into computers to track material and work orders.Assist with Spanish to English translation during one-on-one meetings, team meetings, interviews and New Hire onboarding What does RedBuilt do? Our Delaware manufacturing facility builds engineered wood trusses, constructs wood-framed wall panels, welds structural steel frames, and assembles job packages for delivery direct to the construction site. What do we look for in a Production Associate?We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable full-time Production Associates! Previous construction and/or production experience, preferred but not required.
