1st Shift Document Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking Document Specialist. In this role, you will develop processing instructions and manage quality documentation to support our site operations, will play a key part in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across production and quality processes, driving continuous improvement in our quality assurance efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop clear and concise processing instructions for manufacturing workflows.Review and update ISO documents and SOPs to ensure compliance with current practices and regulatory standards.Serve as backup for laboratory operations and assist with documentation tasks.Conduct incoming raw material inspections and document findings per quality protocols.Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Qualifications: Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience in documentation control, and/or quality assurance.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with manufacturing and laboratory environments is a plus.Ability to lead cross-functional teams during audits and process reviews.Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Comfortable working with varying noise levels.Ability to work in an environment where chemicals are manufactured.Payrate is between $23-$25.00 per hour.
