We are accepting resumes for experienced HVAC / Chiller Service Technicians to support our growing company.Fifteen (15) years minimum overall HVAC experience.Five (5) years of experience in a heavy commercial or industrial setting.Proficient diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.Chiller troubleshooting and repair experience is highly desired. It is important that you can work both independently and in a group setting with others.Must be willing to work in both commercial and industrial locations.You will service both standard HVAC systems and chillers in a commercial and/or industrial setting. You will work primarily outside of a plant on various commercial or manufacturing sites and provide periodic temporary backup and support to our existing industrial plant accounts for short-term projects and overflow support.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum fifteen (15) years of HVAC experience, five (5) years in a commercial/industrial setting, with some chiller experience.Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday including some overtime.Ability to occasionally fulfill an on-call schedule.Must be able to pass drug test (alcohol, urine, and hair-follicle) including pre-hire, annual, for-cause, and random testing.Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.Must be able to complete and pass all safety training.EPA Card.TWIC Card. (If you do not possess a TWIC Card, you must apply for one immediately upon hire)Pay & Technician Level$40 - $48+ per hour, commensurate with experience.Benefits 100% paid by company (see below) with no added deduction for spouse or children.For this position, we are seeking a Journeyman level HVAC technician. Prior union membership is not required - you will be required to join and we will help with the process.Job typeFull-time.Monday - Friday.Occasional overtime.Occasional on-call.Service AreaPrimarily, the greater Houston metro-area.
