Job DescriptionThe Enrichery is seeking a dedicated, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented Director to lead our newest location - yet to be determined. Our goal is to open our doors at Location #8 in August of 2026. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in client satisfaction, business development, and location management. [Houston Chronicle 2025]RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesClient Relations: Ensure outstanding customer service, build strong client relationships, and provide individualized solutions for students.Business Growth: Drive sales, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to expand the location.Operational Leadership: Oversee student progress and support Academic Coaches in delivering exceptional educational experiences; manage team of Academic Coaches as well as location's Office Manager and/or Front Desk CoordinatorCommunity Engagement: Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and organizations to enhance student opportunities.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and hold Academic Coaches accountable for student success; interview and assess candidates for location role hiring.Revenue & Program Development: Monitor key performance metrics, grow enrollment in coaching and test preparation programs, and innovate new offerings.College Admissions Support: Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to fill College Admissions Workshops and advise students on admissions strategies.CRM & Data Tracking: Utilize Google Sheets, , and Zoho CRM to track leads, client interactions, and student progress.Event Representation: Represent The Enrichery at school and community events.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree requiredExperience leading or managing a service-based, client-facing business; background in education, tutoring, enrichment, or academic services is a plusProven success in sales, client acquisition, or consultative selling (education, services, or high-touch environments strongly preferred)Leadership experience managing teams and performance outcomesEntrepreneurial mindset - comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and being accountable for resultsStrong communication skills and confidence working with families in a premium service settingWhy This RoleLead a respected, high-end tutoring brand with a strong reputationSignificant autonomy and influence over business growthMeaningful work helping students succeed academicallyOpportunity to grow into broader leadership as the company expandsBenefitsTraining & Onboarding: Hands-on experience shadowing current Directors over a 2+ week period.Strategic Involvement: Weekly meetings to brainstorm initiatives and address challenges.Professional Growth: Monthly development opportunities and ongoing feedback.Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a four-day workweek with occasional evening/weekend commitments.Bonus Incentives: Quarterly bonuses for meeting revenue goals.Work Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM-5:30 PM (or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM) with occasional evening/weekend obligations.Fridays are flex days for additional work as needed.This is an in-office position.
