The work you do here directly supports our main shop, our customers, and our reputation as the premier VW service center in Middle Tennessee.If you put in the effort, we will put in the investment.What You'll Do (and What You'll Learn)You'll master the fundamentals of professional VW service while supporting our shop's workflow:Perform multipoint inspections with video (a core VW standard)Record accurate brake pad and tire tread measurementsComplete oil and filter services efficiently and correctlySupport our advisors by clearly communicating additional needsIdentify safety or maintenance concerns that protect our customersLearn VW processes, tools, and diagnostics from experienced mentorsFollow strict dealership & manufacturer safety and quality standardsThis is hands-on, real-world technician development - not just oil changes.What We Look ForThe right candidate is someone who wants more than a job.
