What You'll Be Doing Process a high volume of vendor invoices daily, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and timely entry into the accounting system Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts and statements, ensuring all balances are accurate and current Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing questions and payment inquiries Assist with month-end close, including AP reconciliations and accrual support Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures Help identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and efficiencies What They're Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting support experience Experience processing high-volume invoices Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems Manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based company experience is a plus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Stable company with strong leadership and long employee tenure Supportive accounting team environment Opportunity to expand responsibilities and grow within accounting over time EB-1580864206
