We are the agency for influence.OverviewThe Creative Strategist supports the strategy and execution of paid media creative, influencer content, and ad campaign initiatives across a portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who's creatively minded, analytically curious, and eager to grow in performance-driven marketing and content development.You'll spend the majority of your time helping to brainstorm and build ad creatives that align with client goals, while also supporting influencer campaign coordination and paid media efforts. You'll also leverage AI tools to help scale creative production and keep pace with performance media demands.ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy SupportDraft creative briefs and ad concepts in collaboration with the Creative Strategy teamReview and log raw content for new ad creatives, identifying gaps or creative opportunitiesConduct competitor research to spot trends in ad formats, messaging, and hooks - and compile ad inspiration for upcoming creativesDocument performance trends from top-performing creatives to help build a creative testing roadmapHelp maintain creative approval sheets and ensure assets are delivered to clients on timePartner with the design team to coordinate edits and updates to ad creativesCollaborate with clients to understand their creative vision, brand guidelines, and key messaging to develop ad creative assetsInfluencer Campaign SupportSupport influencer campaign execution by identifying talent, tracking deliverables, and coordinating sample shipmentsOrganize and maintain a content library of UGC and influencer videos for ongoing ad useHelp negotiate contracts, usage rights, and deliverables with creatorsManage campaign timelines and coordinate with influencers to ensure content is delivered on timeCollaborate with the paid media team to concept and brief creators on performance-driven content needsProvide feedback and creative direction to influencers to optimize content for ad performanceAd Campaign SupportAssist the paid media team with ad campaign publishing and development, as neededMonitor ad campaign and creative performance to help plan upcoming creatives appropriatelySupport landing page creation, including ideation, copywriting, and building pages using landing page builder toolsAI-Powered Creative ScalingUse AI tools to help scale creative output to meet performance media demands - including producing variants, iterating on concepts, and adapting formats quicklyContribute to AI-assisted creative workflows that balance speed, volume, and qualityStay curious about the evolving AI creative toolset and bring new capabilities into your workTeam OperationsAttend weekly team syncs for your clients and 1:1s with your managerJump in on brainstorms for ad concepts, campaign angles, and creative strategiesQualifications2-4 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, marketing, social media, or an agency environmentComfortable using platforms like Canva, Meta Ads Library, Google Drive, and AI creative toolsExcellent communication and writing skills with a sharp eye for brand voiceOrganized, flexible, and ready to juggle multiple tasks across creative and social workflowsFamiliarity with paid media platforms and general influencer/social trendsA proactive mindset and a willingness to learn by doingBonus: client experience in health & wellness, beauty, e-commerce, retail, apparel, or financial servicesCompensationJob Type: Full-time EmployeeSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM ESTEmployees within an hour of our offices must work in-office three days a week.Annual Base Salary: $50,000 - 55,000/yearBenefitsMedical, Vision and Dental Plan401(k) Plan + 4% Employer MatchUnlimited PTOFlexible Working HoursHybrid & Collaborative EnvironmentCompany-Wide & Team Events
