PT Insurance Verifier Responsibilities: Verify insurance for assigned physical therapy clinics at TOCAnswer all incoming callsAbility to communicate professionally, both oral and written for clear, legible messagesPleasant, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and all incoming callers and insurance representativesSchedule appointmentHighly motivated with the ability to work under pressurePositive, teamwork attitudeAssist with any other task assignedThis position will require you to spend extensive amounts of time on the phone with insurance companiesWork directly with insurance companiesUpdate patient's insurance coverageCall patients to reschedule appointments if neededKnowledge of data entry and excel a plusPT Call Center Responsibilities: Place outgoing calls to patients to set up physical therapy appointmentsAnswer all incoming phone calls to the call centerAbility to communicate professionally, both oral and written for clear, legible messagesPleasant, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and all incoming/outcoming callersSchedule appointments for all physical therapy clinics at TOCHighly motivated with the ability to work under pressurePositive, teamwork attitudeAssist with any other task assignedThis position will require you to spend extensive amounts of time on the phone with patientStrong customer service skills and problem solvingKnowledge of data entry and excel a plusPT Scheduler Responsibilities: Registration of patient demographicsScheduling patients in person and via telephoneScan all documents associated with registration completion into patient charts in SystemedxVerifying insurance eligibilityProficiency in operating system; SystemedxCollecting Payments, maintaining petty cash drawer, making bank depositMust have the motivation to work under pressureMust possess pleasant, friendly demeanorPossess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, and co-workersPositive, 'teamwork" attitudeAny other tasks as assignedKnowledge of data entry and excelMust be able to use arms, hands and fingers skillfullyMust be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areasConsistently work at a productive paceMust readily adapt to frequent schedule changesMust also possess:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesOutstanding organizational, verbal and writing skillsIndependent and highly motivatedInitiative and self-disciplineProven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work historyPhysical Demands:Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfullyConstant sitting for long periods of timeMust be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areasConsistently work at a productive paceMust readily adapt to frequent schedule changesTo apply please visit: Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
