TIG/MIG Welder - 1st Shift

IImmediate need for Welder in the Sharonville area. This is a first shift position.Mon-Thurs.1st Shift: 6:00am to 4:30pm Plus possible OTPrimary Role: Fits, tacks and welds metal assemblies using MIG, TIG, or gas welding equipment, Must be able to work on any gauge (primarily thin gauges) including aluminum and stainless. Can understand blueprints or detailed drawings of required components.Essential Duties: • Prepare surfaces for welding and painting, including angle grinding, sanding, and buffing based on understanding of Material qualitiescut material an aligns components using calipers, rulers, and clamp pieces to prepare WeldingProcess parts according to shop drawings using appropriate welding equipmentProduce quality parts in a safe and efficient manner.Minimize scrap and wasteTrack and report products and quantities of partsUse required safety equipment and apparelSkills:Must be able to MIG and TIG welding Techniques to weld stainless steel, Aluminum, and cold roll steel at widths of 0.03 to 0.025Weld components in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic weldingAble to operate and maintain welding equipmentWork independentlyFinish grindExperience:Welding test to be completed to determine experience and quality.Pay range:$18-25/hour depending on experience and skillsImmediate need!Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $25.00
