Copyright team includes renowned trial and transactional lawyers, thought leaders widely recognized for their creative legal strategies for resolving cutting-edge cases and negotiating first-of-their-kind deals, and includes a former General Counsel of the US Copyright Office.About the RoleThe Copyright group is seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of 6 years of experience with commercial contract drafting and negotiation, ideally in copyright, IP licensing, tech transactions or entertainment deals to join the transactional side of our practice. Familiarity with music, entertainment, and/or content industries is preferred. Salary range $390,000 to $435,000
