We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude! * Unloading and staging of all parts/materials required for system installation * Preparing space and materials for installation * Installing basic wall-mounted home organization systems * Installing "Luxe" home organization systems, including custom lighting, trim, and other accessories * Completing post-installation paperwork with an eye for detail and accuracy * Training: we teach you our process and help you develop the necessary skills * Resources: trucks, tools, and uniform provided Qualifications * HS Diploma or GED; Trade or vocational school experience desirable * Strong verbal, listening and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and in teams * Experience with common hand and power tools * Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shift * Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch * Understanding of safety protocols and requirements * Must have valid Driver's License and be able to work in clients' homes * Ability to work (4) 10-hour shifts per week Additional Information All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
