The Team you are joining: The Global Design, Development and Delivery team is responsible for developing and curating Ada's global datacenter development program through scalable, repeatable and agile tools and processes that enable our global development. We are committed to collaborating cross functionally and partnering to drive efficient and effective solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external stakeholders. We provide global leadership and direction that enables our regional teams to design and deliver scalable future ready solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Summary: Global Program Controls creates enterprise-level visibility and predictability across Ada's development and delivery lifecycle by developing and maintaining top-down cost targets, schedule benchmarks, and reusable execution standards (WBS/cost structures, template schedules). The function governs the telemetry and reporting layer (definitions, data quality, cadence) and the core tool configurations that enable it (Procore, P6, designated SharePoint sites). It also owns lightweight risk and change governance (risk standards, escalation paths, change control, baseline integrity) and curates Ada's regional lessons-learned feedback loop that converts project outcomes into improved core requirements, product development and standards/guidelines. Responsibilities: Lead, build and grow a team of internal and external members to support the global program and lead the NA regional developmentsDefine, publish, and maintain global cost targets and schedule benchmarks to enable consistent portfolio decisionsProvide cost/schedule support to optimize global design standards and associated kit of partsEstablish templates for initial development underwriting business casesDeliver standard template schedules that regions can adopt with global consistency and regional adaptations as needed by project level teamsDevelop lightweight, adoptable standards that scale across projects, including WBS/cost structures, template schedules, and baseline integrity rulesGovern definitions, data quality expectations, and reporting cadence; own the core configuration standards for Procore, P6, and designated SharePoint sites that enable consistent rollupsDefine leading and lagging KPIs and dashboards focused on early signals and convert telemetry into executive-ready business intelligence that drives timely decisions/escalations; manage global roll ups to monitor and provide visibility to regional team compliance to the programDeploy change control governance for cost/schedule impacts and risk management platforms through systems of recordStand up a practical lessons-learned loop to tie them to updates in product, kit of parts, requirements, standards, templates, and trainingDeliver role-based training & reference guides focused on use on live projectsServe as the lead for the Program Controls Center of Excellence, defining its cadence, driving decisions, establishing the initiative roadmap, and adoption metricsAct as product owner for core reporting across Procore, P6, and future tooling: configuration standards, permissions patterns, integration touchpoints, and release/change managementDevelop and implement risk management process and templates for regional teams to track the major risks of projectsMinimum Requirements: 10+ years in program/project controls for large capital or data center programs5-8 years leading teams, including external partners and distributed groupsDeep experience in cost modeling, scheduling, benchmarking, risk and change controlAdvanced skill with Procore, P6, and project controls/reporting systems; experience with Yardi cost management systemProven ability to build enterprise reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data governanceStrong knowledge of WBS structures, cost frameworks, baselines, and forecastingExperience driving lessons-learned, standards development, and continuous improvementAbility to convert complex cost/schedule/risk data into executive-ready insightsExperience supporting global or multi-region development programsStrong cross-functional communication and stakeholder managementBachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar; advanced degree/certifications (PMP, CCP, PSP, PMI-SP) preferredReporting RelationshipsManaging Director, Head of North America & CTO, AdaCompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$200,000.00 - $250,000.00The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
