Job Description Commercial Lines Insurance ProducerJob SummarySeeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is dedicated to prospecting and selling insurance policies to businesses, with a particular focus on small business accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, plus commission (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) planProfit Sharing Plan: AvailableProfessional Growth: Opportunities for career development with personalized growth plansResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow a portfolio of small business accounts through proactive prospecting and sales efforts.Focus on industries such as BOPs, workers' compensation, restaurants, beauty wholesalers, professional services, dental offices, and more.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.Identify new business opportunities, conduct cold calls, and present tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients.Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with Account Managers to support the commercial lines team effectively.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using the agency management system (HawkSoft).Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a commercial lines producer role, with a preference for candidates experienced in small business accounts.Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software is preferred.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
