Job Type Full-timeDescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY:HACO Culinary is looking for a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing and supply chain operations across two production facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will drive operational excellence, efficiency, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting growth through expansions and acquisitions.SCOPE OF JOB FUNCTIONKey Responsibilities:Manufacturing operations and plant leadership across CA & ILSupply chain, procurement, and inventory optimizationLean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiativesOperational budgeting, capital planning, and cost controlIFS and food safety complianceDevelopment of high-performing, accountable leadership teamsCapital projects, facility expansions, and equipment investments Operational integration and due diligence support for acquisitionsLeadership skills:Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and plant managersStrong change leadership skills, with experience driving transformation and continuous improvementAbility to influence cross-functional teams and align operations with business strategyClear, confident communicator who builds trust, accountability, and collaborationDecisive, data-driven leader who balances strategy with hands-on executionExperience leading cross-functional teams through expansions and M&A activityRequirementsSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:10+ years of operations experience in food manufacturing3+ years in senior or executive leadershipExperience leading capital projects, expansions, and/or acquisitionsStrong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and financial managementBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred DESIRED:Knowledge of general manufacturing environment & practices.Business Acumen.Salary Description $230,000.00
