We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships. This is Office is a TOP 100 Presidents Club Office and TOP 100 Chairmans Circle State Farm Office. We are looking for a Self-Starter Career Driven Agency Manager that aspires to become a State Farm Agent within the next five years.   Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office. Support Customer Service team members through coaching and coordination of workflow. Contribute to marketing initiatives. Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred. Must have a Texas General Lines Insurance License. FINRA Series 6 and/or 65 helpful but not required.  Must have at least 2 Years of Insurance Industry Experience.
