Role Overview:As a Senior Creative Consultant, you will lead the development and execution of creative marketing initiatives across client accounts, with a focus on social-first content, paid creative, and copywriting-driven storytelling.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creative leadership. You will translate marketing strategy into compelling creative campaigns across paid and organic channels, ensuring work aligns with brand objectives, platform best practices, and performance goals.You will partner closely with Strategy and Activation teams to bring campaigns to life while serving as a trusted creative voice for clients. If you're energized by smart strategy, great people, and real opportunities for growth, we'd love to meet you!Key Responsibilities: Creative Strategy & Campaign DevelopmentLead the development of creative concepts, campaign ideas, and messaging frameworks that align with client marketing strategies and business objectives.Translate strategic briefs into integrated creative campaigns across social, paid media, and digital marketing channels.Lead and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions informed by cultural trends, platform innovations, and audience behaviors.Paid Creative & Content DevelopmentOversee the development and optimization of paid creative assets across digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance channels, ensuring creative aligns with campaign goals and audience targeting strategies.Develop and oversee high-quality copy across marketing channels, including paid media, social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing assets.Concept and guide the creation of social-first creative, including short-form video, platform-native content, and branded storytelling.Creative Production & OptimizationOversee the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including storyboarding, creative direction, and content production planning.Monitor creative and content performance to identify insights that inform optimization, creative testing, and future campaign development.Stay ahead of emerging social trends, creator behaviors, and platform developments to inform innovative creative strategies.Client Leadership & Team CollaborationOwn creative workstreams and serve as the primary creative lead on assigned client engagements.Present creative concepts, campaign recommendations, and performance insights in client meetings and internal strategy sessions.Partner cross-functionally with Strategy and Activation teams to ensure creative aligns with broader marketing initiatives and campaign goals.Mentor junior creative team members by providing guidance, feedback, and support across concept development, copywriting, and execution.Manage creative timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple client accounts while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.Requirements 4-6 years of experience in creative marketing, content strategy, or social media marketing, ideally within an agency environment.Experience leading or managing creative contributors, with at least one year guiding team members, freelancers, or cross-functional partners.Strong copywriting and brand storytelling skills, with experience developing messaging across multiple marketing channels.Experience developing or overseeing paid social creative for digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Ability to translate marketing strategy and audience insights into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.Deep understanding of social platforms and emerging content formats, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and work effectively with strategy, media, and analytics teams.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative, strategy-led creative team that values curiosity and thoughtful execution.Help shape the creative strategy and campaign development for leading consumer brands.Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and professional development.Hybrid work environment with a focus on work-life balance.Reporting Relationship: Director of Creative ServicesEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Location: This role is based in Raleigh, NC with a hybrid schedule of three in-office days and two remote days each week.Salary Description $95,000-$115,000 plus benefits + bonus eligibility
