Electrical Field Supervisor

DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Solano County. The Electrical Field Supervisor oversees daily field operations for electrical construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience supervising Union Electricians, and a solid understanding of project workflows, schedules, and labor coordination.Salary: $100K - $150KSchedule: M - F, Full-time +OTBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription, 401k with company match, PTO, holiday, and sick time, educational assistanceCompany TruckRole & Responsibilities:Travel to various job sitesDirect, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of union electrical crews along with sub-contractorsEnsure compliance with IBEW labor standards and work rulesInterpret electrical drawings, plans, and project specificationsCoordinate with project management on scheduling and manpower forecastingTrack progress and maintain accurate daily logs and field reportsEnforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety policiesInterface with contractors, inspectors, and internal leadershipPreferred Qualifications & Experience:California State Certification12+ years of experience in the electrical construction industryExperience supervising Union ElectriciansUnderstanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and construction practices in Commercial projects, preferably in Healthcare or Public WorksFamiliarity with IBEW labor agreementsValid California Driver's LicenseOSHA 30 preferredCOMPUTER SKILLS:Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)Build/Plan gridNavis worksTimekeeping systems (Portal/Viewpoint) Once you apply, please text "EFS" to 904-712-6140 for a faster reply.
