Job Title: Tetra Pak VTIS Maintenance Specialist (ASEPTIC - ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT)We are seeking a highly experienced Tetra Pak VTIS Maintenance Specialist for a critical, high-priority aseptic processing role. THIS IS NOT A TRAINING ROLE AND IS NOT OPEN TO GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS. TETRA PAK KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED TO APPLY. Candidates MUST have worked hands-on with Tetra Pak pasteurization machines, specifically VTIS aseptic processing equipment. If you have not personally maintained, repaired, or troubleshot a Tetra Pak VTIS aseptic pasteurization machine, DO NOT APPLY.This position requires direct, real-world experience working on Tetra Pak VTIS aseptic pasteurization systems in production. General pasteurization, dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing experience without Tetra Pak VTIS exposure does NOT qualify. The Maintenance Specialist must be fully capable of independently operating, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing VTIS units, plate and tubular pasteurizers, steam-based thermal systems, and heat exchangers while maintaining sterile boundaries, aseptic holds, and VTIS sterilization cycles. Tetra Pak VTIS experience is mandatory and non-negotiable.The role involves advanced diagnostics and repairs on pumps, valves, batching systems, homogenizers, evaporators, and thermal control equipment, along with maintaining and troubleshooting AL safe aseptic tanks, including CIP/SIP sequences, pressure regulation, agitation, and sterile air and steam barriers. The specialist will work closely with Automation and Controls teams to resolve PLC-related issues involving temperature regulation, product hold systems, and process instrumentation such as RTDs, flow meters, and pressure transmitters. Preventive and predictive maintenance is expected to be executed at an expert level to maximize up time on critical aseptic equipment.This role demands strict adherence to FDA, PMO, HACCP, and aseptic processing standards, precise documentation of all maintenance activities, and the ability to make sound technical recommendations for continuous improvement. On-call availability is required, as this position supports mission-critical equipment with zero tolerance for prolonged downtime.Qualified candidates MUST have a minimum of five years of experience in aseptic processing or advanced food and beverage manufacturing AND MUST have direct hands-on experience working on Tetra Pak VTIS aseptic pasteurization machines. Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Rockwell PLC systems, the ability to read P//&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control schematics, and strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are required. Flexibility to work variable schedules, weekends, and on-call shifts is essential.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
