Overview of RoleTSMC's Design Flow Signoff team is seeking a Design Flow and Automation Engineer Internship at the Austin Design Center for Summer 2026. The intern will report directly to the Director of the Design Flow Signoff Department. Our team covers a broad range of tools, including implementation, timing/EM/IR/power modeling, and analysis. We currently operate under a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office. This Internship Program is open to students currently enrolled in a degree-seeking University that are graduating in 1 year to 2 years with a MS/PhD degree.
