Discover more about us at . **Responsibilities:** Reporting to the Vice President, HR Client Services, the Director, HR Business Partners serves as a trusted partner to executive leaders across the enterprise, translating business goals into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational capability. The role provides strategic leadership to a team of HR Business Partners and works in close partnership with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable, enterprise‑aligned people solutions. The Director carries dual accountability to serve as a strategic advisor to C‑suite and senior leaders while also leading and coaching a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring the delivery of high‑impact people strategies across complex and evolving business environments. The Director brings strong business acumen and change leadership capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence at the executive level, and drive transformation. **Strategic Partnership** + Serves as a strategic partner and advisor to executive leaders, providing counsel on organizational design, talent, leadership effectiveness and change. + Use HR and business metrics to inform data‑driven people decisions and identify trends and opportunities for action. **Functional Leadership** + Lead, coach, and develop, while scaling a high-performing HRBP team to deliver high-impact, business aligned people strategies and solutions. Allocate work, remove barriers, and ensure consistent delivery across the enterprise. + Optimize the HR Business Partner model and provide thought leadership in partnership with HR COEs to ensure the delivery of high‑value, innovative HR services informed by business needs. + Model and build a data‑driven culture within the HR Business Partner team, enabling leaders to use insights to inform decisions and drive enterprise‑aligned outcomes. **People Strategies and Execution** + Partner with leaders and HR Centers of Expertise to drive organizational design, talent planning, and targeted interventions aligned with business priorities. + Drive execution of enterprise HR initiatives within assigned client areas, including performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, and engagement. + Assess talent capabilities and lead actionable succession, development, and transformation efforts to build a collaborative, aligned, and engaged workforce in support of evolving business needs. **Enterprise Priorities & Capability Building** + Execute enterprise‑wide people strategies and initiatives within assigned client areas, overseeing delivery through the HR Business Partner team and in partnership with HR COEs. + Lead and advise on change initiatives within client areas by applying enterprise change management frameworks and standardized tools to support adoption and effective implementation. **Education & Experience:** + 10+ years HR Business Partner experience required. + Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. + Strong consultation skills with proven ability to consult with all levels in the organization. + Ability to provide HR consultation to senior managers and associates on a variety of HR issues. + Ability to work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with clients, associates and HR colleagues. + Strong project management and prioritization skills. + Strong leadership skills with ability to build partnerships in matrixed environment. + Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation. + Previously people management preferred. + Travel is required. **Our Comprehensive Benefits Package** Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more.
