Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Insurance Claims Examiner to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Reviews and processes insurance claims for property damage, liability, and habitability issuesCoordinates with brokers, carriers, and adjusters regarding claims and policy updatesMaintains accurate records of claims, settlements, and insurance documentationMonitors policy expirations and ensures timely renewals and compliancePrepares reports on claims trends, costs, and insurance adequacy for leadership Requirements: Evaluates insurance certificates from vendors and contractors for coverage complianceAssists with filing new claims and tracks them through resolutionCollaborates with property management teams to educate staff on insurance protocolsSupports risk assessments and recommends coverage adjustments as neededEnsures all collections activity complies with industry standards and regulations Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred)Brings experience in insurance claims, risk management, or property management coordinationDemonstrates knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and claims handling proceduresCommunicates effectively and negotiates with professionalismMaintains proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems REF#50989 #LI-DD1
