FOX Sports networks aired more than 500 hours of programming throughout the year, highlighted by 20+ race-day shows, including eight on FOX's national network, in addition to qualifying broadcasts throughout the weekend. NHRA fans continue to be some of the most loyal in any sport.Position Summary:The Hospitality and Suite Coordinator reports to the Track Business Specialist and works alongside the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park (LOIRP) Management and Operations staff. At Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, we host over 100 days of track activity between our famous ¼ mile drag strip and our 7/10-mile oval track. The Hospitality and Suite Coordinator is responsible for the execution of hospitality and deliverables to our suite holders, sponsors and VIP ticket holders at LOIRP. This is a seasonal, hourly position with varying hours which can include nights, weekends, and potentially holidays.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greets and assists all suite holders, sponsors and VIP guests at the track, giving great customer service and going the extra mile every time.Assist with preparing suites and hospitality areas prior to events. May include sending tickets, cleaning suites, staffing and planning of Hospitality third parties.Responsible for working with the current Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park partners and suite holders, to ensure the deliverables of their agreements are being fulfilled in an efficient and effective manner.Assists with answering all partnership inquiries - in person, over the phone, via email and mail.Assists the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park staff with any event and operational functions as determined by the Track Business Specialist. Participates in weekly meetings to stay up to date with the on goings of Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Maintains a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all work. Cross-training opportunities in other areas of Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.Minimum Skills and Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age.Previous hospitality experience is a plus.The ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required. Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to efficiently to meet deadlines.Must maintain a high quality in all work including accuracy and timeliness.Excellent ability to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of management both in writing and verbally.Must have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable when speaking to groups of people. Must arrive on time and ready to work at shift start.Enforce all facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests.Ability to work at a computer all day.Ability to talk on the phone as needed.Ability to work well within a team and independently.Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, run, climb stairs, lift up to 20lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule which can include long workdays, nights, weekends & holidays.Ability to work 10-12-hour days outdoors in variable weather conditions when needed at track race events.
