Responsibilities for a Quality Engineer include but are not limited to: + Manage non-conformances and CAPA processes by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with QSR and ISO standards. + Lead continuous improvement and validation efforts, including equipment qualification, process validation, PFMEAs, and risk assessments according to the Validation Master Plan. + Perform statistical analyses such as process capability studies, GRR, DOE, and SPC to control processes, reduce quality costs, and support manufacturing troubleshooting. + Facilitate technology transfer and supplier quality management by developing quality plans, sampling plans, and process controls to ensure smooth production transitions. Candidates for Quality Engineer must meet the following requirements to be considered: + Bachelor's degree in engineering, material science, chemistry, or manufacturing. + 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology. + Extensive experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and FDA regulatory guidelines (21 CFR Part 820 or Part 211). + Proven track record in producing technical documents, quality plans, KPIs, and managing risk within NCR and PFMEA frameworks.
