Preventative Maintenance Technician

The Preventative Maintenance Technician will hold the responsibility to offer comprehensive service solutions for operating, maintaining, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and performing other related duties in commercial buildings settings. This includes performing various tasks relating to maintaining and preserving refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilating, and heating systems in buildings. This may include replacing, cleaning, preserving air filters, thermostats, belts, bearings, and blower fans. Essential Functions: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance, refrigeration, & HVAC EquipmentComplete Service Calls in a timely mannerProvide Preventative Maintenance on all commercial equipment including mini splits, heat pumps, furnace, Packaged systemsTreat Customers with professional courtesy and respectCommunicate effectively with manager, dispatcher and customerInspect and maintain company provided service vehicleOrder parts to complete service callsComplete paper work in an efficient effective mannerAttend all continuous training sessionsPerforms other duties as assigned.
