IT Operations Intern

As an IT Operations Intern, you'll rotate through Infrastructure, Data, Application Support, and Security teams, working alongside experienced professionals and learning how enterprise technology really works. You'll help with real tasks, see how systems are supported day to day, and gain exposure to the tools and processes that keep an organization running smoothly and securely. This role is designed to build a strong foundation for a future career in IT while giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how technology supports the business.Within this 12-week internship you will get exposure to many different roles and responsibilities of an IT professional including:Infrastructure: assist with device provisioning, basic troubleshooting, onboarding support, and observe server, network, and cloud tasks. This rotation builds a foundation in how core IT systems are maintained and kept reliable.Data: learn how data is collected, validated, and transformed. Tasks may include data cleanup, documenting data sources and pipelines, and testing reports or dashboards to understand how insights are produced.Application Support: help triage tickets, document common issues, and test application updates. They gain experience with incident management and how business applications are supported and improved.Security: be introduced to cybersecurity fundamentals by assisting with documentation, supervised alert reviews, access reviews, and awareness activities. This rotation provides insight into how organizations protect systems and data.RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be a current college student to qualify (Class of 2027 preferred).Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Network Administration preferredExperience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred but not required.Exceptional communication skills and business acumen are necessary. Must be a self-starter with proven analytical skills and the ability to operate independently.Excellent organizational and time management skills with commitment to honesty, integrity, and unwavering business ethics.Salary Description $20/hour
