**IT Support Analyst - Tulsa, OK (Hybrid) | Manpower** Manpower is currently seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This is a great role for an experienced help desk professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. + **Location:** Tulsa, OK + **Work Model:** Hybrid + **Hours:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM **What You'll Do** + Provide technical support via phone, email, and voicemail + Troubleshoot issues related to: + Microsoft Office / Office 365 + Windows 10 + Network connectivity + Web browsers and add-ins + Printers and mobile devices (iOS/Android) + Use remote support tools to assist end users + Install software using SCCM + Perform virus and malware removal + Document all work thoroughly in a ticketing system + Deliver excellent customer service to end users **What You Bring** + 2+ years of Service Desk or Desktop Support experience + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Experience with: + Windows 10 and Office 365 + Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, group management) + SCCM (software deployment) + Mobile device configuration (iOS & Android) + Strong communication skills (written and verbal) + Ability to create basic technical documentation **Why You'll Love This Role** + Hybrid flexibility + Opportunity to work with a well-established organization + Hands-on experience with enterprise-level tools and systems If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
