If the below sounds like you and the kind of journey you're seeking, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoThe Process Specialist plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency across the organization by developing, improving, and maintaining processes that support daily business functions and long-term scalability. This individual will act as a central point of contact across departments to coordinate projects, monitor key operational metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives.This role requires a systems thinker who can analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions in a dynamic startup environment.The Day-to-Day:Conduct deep analysis of existing processes, workflows, and procedures and create documentation, identifying opportunities for efficiency and refinement to support business operations and rapid scalingDevelop new processes where gaps exist with a focus on collaboration and effectivenessIdentify inefficiencies across the organization and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and performanceCoordinate cross-functional operational projects from planning through executionOversee daily operational activities such as reporting, campaign creation, and task trackingMonitor operational metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify trendsGenerate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-makingLeverage data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and present data insightsAct as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment with strategic company goalsCommunicate operational updates, risks, and opportunities effectively across teamsPartner with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve operational outcomesWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in process implementation, process analysis, or similar role in a fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred)Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsSolid technical proficiency with ExcelExperience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRADemonstrated familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferredExceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt and learn quickly, remain agile, and take ownership in an evolving startup environmentSelf-driven and resourceful with a focus on collaborative problem solvingCross-functional, collaborative mindset with a resourceful, solution-oriented approachCustomer or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
