Auto Mechanic / Service Technician (Temp-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Locations: Multiple locations available Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Auto Mechanics / Service Technicians to join our team at several locations. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and have experience performing basic automotive maintenance and light repairs. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into a long-term role. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance and services, including: Oil and filter changes Spark plug replacement Brake services (pads, rotors, basic inspections) Coolant and fluid refills (transmission, brake, power steering, windshield washer, etc.) Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs Follow safety procedures and company service standards Accurately document services performed Communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors or customers as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet service time expectations Qualifications Previous experience as an automotive service technician or lube technician preferred Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures Ability to use hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced shop environment Strong attention to detail and safety Willingness to work at different locations as needed Schedule & Pay Full-time hours $20–$22 per hour, based on experience Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and attendance Why Join Us?
