Summary of Job Duties:Assists in the supervision of the Guest Services department with an emphasis on staffing and organization.Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Keep track of guest room attendant's station keysInput and check room status in computer for GRA or SupervisorEnsure daily staffing levels are adequateAnswer phones and put requests in log-booksCheck all uniforms, linen, bedding, and supplies for accuracy and inventory control Contact Supervisors and/or Guest Service Attendants for rush rooms, guest requests, etc.Keep track of all lost and found items on a daily basisAssist supervisors, managers or other departments when neededKeep housekeeping area cleanPrepare GRA, GSA and Supervisor papersContact Engineering and Clean Team when their services are neededMake copies of department forms when neededKeep track of irons, ironing boards and hair dryers coming in/out of departmentAlert the Front Desk Supervisor of room discrepanciesAssist GRA's and GSA's with obtaining supplies including moving hampers, and getting supplies from high shelvesArriving on time for all scheduled shiftsPerform other duties as assigned by managementGeneral Job Responsibilities and Duties:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following WOW!
