ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.BENEFITS:9 paid holidays per year3 weeks of PTO per year (on top of holidays). PTO increases to 4 weeks/year after 2 years of employment, and then to 5 weeks/year after 5 years of employment.Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance401k matchingTuition reimbursementContinuing education, reimbursement for professional certifications, licensure and qualified supervisionGENERAL DESCRIPTION: This skilled position with advanced knowledge of design and production software and processes will play an essential role in the development, direction, and support of marketing, fundraising, and internal and external communication initiatives. This highly creative position will work alongside the marketing and development team to produce print and digital content to promote the mission of Operation PAR. This position serves as both the creative strategist and the producer, handling everything from concept brainstorming to final execution across digital and print mediums. Act as a point of contact for creative needs across the company, collaborating with leadership to translate business goals into visual solutions.Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers or freelance specialists, to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma and 10+ years related experience or bachelor's degree and 7+ years related experience requiredExperience working in the field of behavioral health, substance use, mental health, child welfare, or other health and human services strongly preferredAdobe Certified Professional credentials a plusSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Valid driver's licenseMust be cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehiclesMust pass level II background (and drug screen.Must maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policiesESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of emerging design technologies, including the use of AI in production settings Ability to write accurately and legiblyModerate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows-based computersAbility to accurately type at least 40 words per minute.Ability to sit at a desk and view a display screen for extended periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop and reachAbility to sit in meetings for extended periods of timeAbility to move throughout program facilities both indoors and outdoorsAbility to lift and carry 10 poundsGood hearing and visionReasonable accommodations will be made for otherwise qualified individuals with a disability.
